WHO IS SAL THE REALTOR?

My name is Dagoberto Salamanca — most of my friends and clients know me as "Sal Santiago." I was born in Santiago, Chile, and my parents immigrated to the United States with our family in 1967. I have been a proud resident of our beautiful city of Las Vegas for over 40 years, and I am happily married.

I am bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish — which allows me to serve a wide and diverse community of clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Beyond real estate, I am an entertainer and musician. I have been performing at iconic Hotels, Casinos, lounges, and restaurants in Las Vegas since 1980. My stage name "Sal Santiago" comes from my birthplace, Santiago, Chile. I am deeply involved in my community and my church, where I volunteer my musical talents at services and charity events.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, which gave me a strong foundation in finance, negotiation, and client services. I obtained my Real Estate License and Property Management Permit in 2002, and for over 25 years I have been helping friends, neighbors, investors, and entertainers buy, sell, lease, and manage properties throughout Las Vegas.
